Our history

With the opportunity created by the Government through the Program for Lease and Partnership at the Port of Santos, in 2000, AGEO Terminals acquired its first area for liquid bulk storage. This story began with the implantation of the Ageo Norte Terminal, at Ilha Barnabé, on the left bank of the Organized Port of Santos - SP - Brazil, with privileged location, areas for future expansion, and an express advantage in available sea and road accessibility.

In 2001, AGEO Terminals was the winner of a new bidding, this time in an area next to the Ageo Norte Terminal, and its second Terminal, known only as the Ageo Terminal, came into existence.

With 100% Brazilian capital, AGEO Terminals started operations in 2004, becoming leaders in handling liquid bulk in the Port of Santos since 2008.

In 2010, in order to complement the services provided, S3 Operador Portuário was founded, using the most modern technologies available at AGEO Terminals, acting in an integrated manner in the processes.

In 2018, with a history of successful operating results in the Port, a new opportunity arises for the lease of a new terminal for handling and storing liquid bulk, through the Federal Government's Investment Partnership Program.

In the permanent search to expand its operations, along with the goal of offering port solutions to the industry and its customers, AGEO participated in and won, in 2018, the leasing process that resulted in its third Terminal, also at Ilha Barnabé, called Ageo Leste Terminal. This new Terminal started operating in September 2019.

Marked by constant expansion, it is comprised of 3 Terminals that, together, total 270 storage tanks, reaching a static installed capacity of 510,000 cubic meters, being the only liquid bulk terminal at Port of Santos with a private Pier (draught up to 15m) and areas for future expansions already licensed.
